At Lower Right, You can see the red tail lights of cars going West, on . Plus on the Left, you can see, way into the distance, the headlights of cars coming East. Between is a high elevated …. What’s It??

Close scrutiny shows white strips of lane markers, and two cars looking like their lights are off. Big Light In Center must be an on-a-poll-roadway-illuminator … Since there is a lightened road way area under it.?? You can see these roads in this area more clearly in the Google Map, click on Satellite View: But neither of Google’s Marvelous Views, didn’t help clarify my what was seen in my above photo. 
