First Roadside Rest Area “Turnout”, Beartooth Highway ~14 Miles South of Red Lodge, MT. You will notice that all of my 2006 Montana Photos show quite a bit of blueish haze, especially in distant views as you see in the /\ Above /\ Photo. ….This was due to extensive forest fires in Colorado while we were here.
….My 2002 shots also show quite a bit of whitish haze, but this is due to atmospheric moisture, and on this account are somewhat more whiteish, as opposed to blueish haze in 2006.
