1:11 pm Sat 3 Aug, Bozeman MT, A Panorama View Of Canyon & Trail, Cottonwood Canyon Trail, Gallatin National Forest, South Of Bozeman MT: ….After ~20 Minutes Hiking In Direct Sun (As Seen In Previous Photo), A Second Pause In The Shade, Turns Into A Second Photo Session. < ....The /\ Above /\ Panorama opens showing Lee Glover, Tina DeWeese, and a portion of the National Forest Trail: The Trail leads, to the left South East, further upstream, where at left, you also see (partly through the trees) The Profile Of The Up-Stream Canyon Mountain-Side. ….As you scroll panorama to right, you see Martina Davis (helping carry the remainder of Henry’s Trail Research Handouts). Scrolling further right you see through the trees at The Profile Of The Canyon Mountain-Side, and then the Trail, heading North West, Back Toward DeWeese Home.. ….With more scrolling to the right you see in distance, Two Gals, with their dog running ahead, and finally a good view of the Canyon Forest, Close Up!. …***************** …
Trail Friends, To The Rescue!! …..Despite nearby new, Henry’s right shoe completely lost attachment of its sole, in ~1.7 miles of trail... Tina swings into rescue action, and does a skilled wrap-job, with strong strap (donated from Lee’s Bear-Spray Can), and Stretchy Belt (offered by Dennis) !!... ....Although we might have continued hiking another mile upstream, the lost Sole / Soul, the heat of the day, and sufficient fatigue, precipitated decision to turn back.… …Of course NOW Henry is now butt of all kinds of friendly jokes, Re his having lost his Soul and what he would have to do to regain it !
….The Next Day, Lee Glover (Finds In His Van), And Comes To The Rescue! => Giving Henry a new pair of Trail-Hiking-Boots, complete with Deep Rubber Cleats! Many Thanks to Lee, Since this was exactly what Henry needed for the next two days on Gallatin National Forest Trail! ….And for the rest of the way home, indeed just what Henry Needed! Thank you Lee !! .
