….~9:00 pm Wed 14 Aug: Looking South To Paul Roney’s Hay Field, From The Three Pines Motel, Oakes, ND.
….After several calls (using motel borrowed cell), Henry Gurr is talking, to Paul Roney: He is on a farm tractor, mowing his hay field, which is South at the end of the street. (Seen in Google Street View /\ Above /\, (This is just before the trees seen in the distance.) He says “drive on back, and he will meet me on his next circuit of mowing”.

….Henry Drives Along A Series Of Mobile Homes, To A Grassy Area, And Sees A Tractor’s Moving Lights, Because It’s Getting Dark. .
… Thanks to The Marvels of Cell Phones => A man, surely Paul Roney, shuts off the tractor, and comes over. He understands my camping request: "Sure! Set up your tent on the lawn under the big oak tree. If anybody complains, tell e’m to call me. And what brings to this area?”
,,,,Stroke Of Good Luck …because when Paul learns about Henry’s : “Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance" Research, he says “I’ve got a Storage Container full of Harleys, and with my buddy go on long trips to Alabama, Louisiana, Texas, etc. Love it!! We camp along the roadside, but have a pistol in case there’s trouble.
…Since Paul seems interested ( MORE Stroke Of Good Luck ),
…. Henry gets out a ZMM copy and reads passages Re Oaks, ND.
…Then AN OTHER STROKE OF GOOD LUCK !!
… Paul instantly recognized the ZMM Narrator’s “turn right at a row of cottonwoods” , says he OWNS, the remaining part of that Old Motel where Pirsig & Company stayed!! OH WOW!! WHAT A (THIRD) STROKE OF GOOD LUCK!

Now We Know, For Sure, Where That Old ZMM Motel Was,
….And It’s Still There! Henry Is SO Delighted He Gives Paul A Copy Of “Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance” , and asks Paul to send an Email, when he gets part way into the book.

….Henry found a Harley Enthusiast, who allowed Henry camp in big grassy area, by his hay field, in back of his Mobil Home Park. He also had quite vital ZMM Research Information. In return he received a copy of the ZMM Book.

…As Henry gets ready to turn off the lights in the Prius, he sticks a paper note in steering wheel of so next morning => “Be SURE to take => ”ZMM Motel Panorama”!!

…. Next morning, Henry’s note was quirt effective, as you will see in => Next Photo => A PANORAMA VIEW Of => The Still Existing Units Of The Former ZMM Motel, Just West of the RR Tracks, Oaks, ND.
.... SIDE NOTE => In fact a SECOND Panorama Photo Set exists, of much higher resolution, which you may ask for.
