The Bright Red Above Hand Rail (left center) Is From Car Tail Lights, of Traffic Following a Right Curve & Into An Underpass. By the river edge, be sure not to miss the Sight-Seeing Cruse Boat, and To It’s Left a Smaller One.
In lower left of photo you will see two rectangle ghost like images. Probably window reflections. Moving down, I think the grey top of a circular trash can, somewhat beyond a bridge girder. Moving down, is the hair of the bus passenger, I’m leaning over, to catch this view!! Sorry good friend!!
