After spending two days learning how to “run” the Greyhound Internet Page for “Sign-Up For A Schedule & Ticket”, I’m finally on my way to a great wonderful two days at “The Robert Pirsig ZMM Chautauqua Conference”, at Montana State University. While there I am to give a talk titled: " ‘Travel Descriptions as Fact and Metaphor’ in Robert Pirsig's books ‘Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance’ and ‘Lila’ “. ( More info by Goggling => Montana State University Chautauqua Conference.

This photo is placed here to “represent” my departure from Aiken SC, and “Big Trip” to Bozeman MT and return”. Although the entire trip lasted days, after I got on the Greyhound Bus in Aiken SC, I spent an aggregate of~ 8 days-worth of hours on big intercdity buses just like this!! In going and out of at least 50 bus stations (list upon request), I had plenty of time to look at lots of “SceniCrusers”, of all stripes, as well as ride on 4 different major bus lines.
My thanks to PhotoBucket.com for this shot, which fairly closely matches the bus scene at the grassy curb, I got on at Aiken ... even the sun angle, & the trees in the background!!
