It’s Fantastic! What a View!! The Island At Right, Is a Small Cinder Cone That Pushed Up After the Monster Explosion that Created This Huge Crater.
…This Explosion Was In the Exact Middle of What Was Once A Much, Much Higher Mountain Called Mount Mazama.
“ …. and see the Crater Lake with a feeling of "Well, there it is," just as the pictures show. I watch the other tourists, all of whom seem to have out-of-place looks too. I have no resentment at all this, just a feeling that it’s all unreal and that the quality of the lake is smothered by the fact that it’s so pointed to. You point to something as having Quality and the Quality tends to go away.“ (Cont.Next Photo)

In ZMM Author Robert Pirsig Decides The Scenery Mentioned:
…. The ZMM Narrator mentions many sights along the road, even mentioning minor details!! By contrast, usually when the Narrator (Robert Pirsig) encounters a park or a town that he doesn't approve of, he mostly just "passes-on-by" with no mention of it…. So why does the Narrator give a big mention of Crater Lake, despite his disapproval of it?
I Think This Is The Reason =>
….The Narrator wants to use this example to make =>An Important Point => That Despite The Beauty, Too Much Pointing To It, Destroys it! Indeed, he goes on to say this is also true of Quality. Do you have other answers? Send Email.
