Interesting Architectural Features, Seen in /\ Above /\ Photo:
1) Above the Window Frame, you can see a Large & Nice Semi-Circular Transom Window, which, like the Windows below, are “glowing”, from Sun Illumination.
..2) As mentioned in Previous Photo, Hallway Windows, as well as the Transom Windows, help provide Illumination into Hallways, in the era prior to Electric Lights.
..3) There is no apparent way for a person to walk out onto the Balcony, to closely study
the Unique “Zig-In-Zag-Out” of’ Top Railing Above The Balustrades, or enjoy the view, or to give a Presidential Speech.

..1).Looking BETWEEN the Balustrades, you can see part of Lincoln Statue and a portion of surrounding Sidewalk.
..2) Just below the Fabric Banner, you can see the Buildings, People and Cars, on State Street, => This Scene Is Adjacent To The Wisconsin Historical Society Building Which Is The Subject of the Next Photo.
