In Late Summer and Early Fall The Springtime Green Valley Has Turned to Golden and Brown.

By I-90 Just After “Leveling-Out” From Coming Down Bozeman Pass, East side of Bozeman, MT. Here is the freeway as Narrator and crew most likely would have experienced it.
….Most of the moisture here comes as irrigation or in the winter and spring as rain or snow. When late summer comes the non-irrigated land dries up as you see here.
….The Narrator and crew came through here in early July, so his “small green plain“ would have been factually correct, and they would have seen the valley as is shown in nearly all my other Gallatin Valley photos, except the /\ Above /\ September 2006 Photo.
