Rock Creek Vista Point; A plague of hogs

Comparing these images with Pirsigs you can see the heavier snow cover on the mountains in 2008. No buses had arrived yet to block the vista from view. The Harley folks that came into the parking area a few minutes after I arrived barely responded to my good morning salutation. A plague of hogs. I made a clandestine self portrait and continued my ascent.
